A 3-room apartment, 60 sqm, on the 4th floor, located on Nardur Street in the Jaffa 4 neighborhood, was sold for NIS 1,240,000. A 3-room apartment, 58 sqm, on the 2nd floor, located on Trumpeldor Street in the city center, was sold for NIS 2,600,000. A 4-room villa, located on Kam Street in Ramat HAchayal, was sold for 4,800,000 NIS (Re/Max Ocean).
Haifa:
A 2.5 room apartment, 60 sqm, located on the 3rd and top floor on Avner Street in Kiryat Eliezer, was sold for 750,000 NIS. A 3-room apartment, 87 sqm, located on the 3rd out 4 floors, on Meir Street, in the German Colony, was rented for 4,200 NIS per month (Kanadlan).

Modi’in:
A 7-room villa, 236 sqm, located on Dan Street in North Buchman, was sold for 5,850,000 NIS (Spritzer Real Estate). A 5-room garden apartment, 115 sqm with a garden of 90 sqm, located on Ya’ar Eshtaol in Nofim, was sold for 3,225,000 NIS (Prime Time Realty).

Netanya:
A 3-room apartment, located on the 5th floor on Shlomo Hamelech Street, North Netanya, was sold for 1,560,000 NIS (Buy Home in Israel).
