The purchase includes two adjacent parcels at the corner of Yaakov and Maskit Streets in Tel Baruch, a quiet, upscale neighborhood in northern Tel Aviv. One home is a 70-year-old, 195-square-meter property, while the other is a seven-room house built approximately 40 years ago. Combined, the lots total 2,200 square meters. The previous owner, Nissim Cabilly, had acquired the properties in 2021 for NIS 35 million—reflecting a significant increase in value. The couple plans to demolish the existing structures and build a new, expansive private residence tailored to their family’s needs.
